As the Director of Event Production and Technology for Double A, I was tasked with managing a team of event producers and managing logistics budgets and contractors.
AT&T hosted a large party for their employees in Anaheim CA. I managed a team that brought together the “California Dream”, including a Beach area, a Wine Country area, and a Ski Mountain area.
The Beach area included an inflatable surf board ride (think a riding bull but a surf board) food trucks, smores over a fire pit and a “Beach” themed live band
The Wine Area included a hot air balloon VR experience over wine country, custom foods, and grape stomping station.
The Ski area included a downhill ski VR experience, Ski gondola photo op, hot chocolate bar and bear skin rugs and sofas (ski resort feel)
I Managed full layout and plan, contractor hiring and management, design of all art assets, invites and signage, set up and tear down, and budgets.
