As the Director of Event Production and Technology for Double A, I was tasked with managing a team of event producers and managing logistics budgets and contractors.
Alienware’s national tour was something I managed directly. From weekly update and planning meetings with Alienware and our driving team, to working with management at all stops (iHeart Radio concerts, military bases, colleges, retail locations and conventions). I planned out quartley budgets that included daily payment tracking for drivers, full schedule for each month, fees for stops, maintenance of the vehicle, design upgrades and weekly swag orders.
The last quarter I managed I had a key role in redesigning the complete tour truck including how the tech was laid out, electrical needs and layout, design of graphics. Every quarter would include recap videos, run down of social media reach and stop analytics.
