Come Sail Away With This New Dead Island Riptide Trailer
Despite being in development for years many people didn’t know anything at all about the first the Dead Island game until the amazing backwards tear jerking trailer was released and took the internet by storm. Looking to cash in on that again Techland has released a new trailer for their upcoming sequel which takes place once more in the Banoi archipelago. Shortly after landing on a military ship the survivors from the first game find themselves back in the midst of a zombie outbreak as a monsoon forces them to leave the safety of the ship and head for shore. This new trailer only goes forward and lacks the backwards story telling of the first one and IMHO simply doesn’t live up to the success of the original. Also the fact that I can’t stop hearing Come Sail Away by Styx in my head while watching it doesn’t help either.
