Borderlands 2 Raid Boss Terramorphous Is Going To Kill You…….A LOT!!!!!
Fans of the first Borderlands will remember Crawmerax, huge ugly and impossible to kill he dropped some of the best loot the game had to offer! Well Borderlands 2’s new raid boss Terramorphous makes Crawmerax look as threatening as a three legged Chihuahua. This giant thresher serpent can kill you instantly with almost any of its attacks. It doesn’t like you, it really doesn’t like you but the good news is if you somehow manage to kill it, after taking down what seems like a never dropping life bar, it will drop some amazing loot. In fact some of the weapons can only be gotten by beating Terramorphous.
“You can fight Terramorphous multiple times and he’s going to drop different loot every time. Some of the best gear in the game, great legendary items, will drop from this guy. He has specific items that only drop from him in the game. There are some legendaries you’ll only find from him.” producer Randy Varnell
There will be no need for DLC as Terramorphous is on the disc itself and will be available to you at any time. Chances are you will need a group of four high level and highly equipped players to take it down and even then you will most likely curse whoever personally came up with the idea at Gearbox and possibly even curse their mother a few times as well.
Terramorphous is designed to give players something to do once they reach level 50 and finish the game. Just like before you will always want to see if there is better loot out there somewhere or be really anxious to try out that new loot you did find. Grab a few friends, lots of weapons, and prepare to die……………a lot!
