Black Ops 2 Achievements Leaked?
You may have (briefly) seen the video that popped up on YouTube claiming to have identified the achievement list for Call of Duty: Black Ops II. As is typically the case, it was quickly removed by Activision / Treyarch. There has been no official comment as to their validity nor has the original poster been identified. We simply don’t know at this point, if this person was associated with the organization or if it was all an elaborate hoax to get some attention.
Many will argue that with the game not set to come out for some three and a half months, it’s just too early for the list to be hitting the streets. However, based on the images and gameplay footage we have been exposed to so for, an argument can be made in favor of their legitimacy. From what has been listed, there are a total of 50 achievements worth 1000 GS ranging from single player to zombies. Five of them were listed as “Misc” so we’re not sure if they are in fact “Secret” achievements or unknown all together.
Again, I want to emphasize that these have not been confirmed as “official” at this time. While they appear to be somewhat realistic, we all know how these rumor mills work. So before you read any further, I suppose I should say “WARNING – SPOILER ALERT”
