Saturday Night Gaming With Kona
This past Saturday, Kona, Assist King, Condemnedone, and I played some Modern Warfare 3. After a few matches of Search and Destroy, which is Kona’s favorite, I suggested we play a few rounds of Team Deathmatch. Fortunately for me, my last round happened to be my favorite map, Dome.
As the match started, I chose my usual tool of the trade, the UMP-45. After getting eaten up by some jackass with a shotgun, I armed myself with the AA-12 vying for a little payback. Of course, THAT didn’t work as my deaths continued to mount up and that wasn’t helping the Team KonasKorner. Getting frustrated I just went back to what I know best, the UMP with rapid fire and extend magazine. I’m not quite sure what happened, but I go on a nice kill streak, as you will see in the highlight below.
Kona, on the other hand, had a different approach. Arming himself with the XM25 launcher, “The King of Stream” decides to lob grenades over the fence towards the dome, or as I like to call it, Epcot Center. Only instead of just aiming the launcher up and hoping for the best, he decides to jump up and down over the fence, the part of the map behind the three Humvees, sending explosives into the Epcot Center. It was as if he was on one of those personal trampolines. It was funny to watch, actually.
As always, everyone had a great time and we ended up winning the match. Did you expect anything less? Condemnedone ended up with the best score as Bbstg07 and I rounded out spots two and three, respectively. Check out the final results and some awesome gameplay below.
