Borderlands 2 Achievements Revealed
They’re here … They’re finally here! Yes, I am referring to the achievements list for Borderlands 2. I don’t know about you, but there’s something to be said for the sound my Xbox makes as the “achievement unlocked” notification flashes across my screen. You’ve heard the details, seen the screenshots, and witnessed the gameplay footage. It seems like the only thing left to do is share the achievements.
Collectively, there are a total of 50 achievements worth 1000 GS, 20 of which are “secret”. Among the standard ones, you’ll find you are rewarded for discovering certain locations, killing certain bosses, and of course completing side missions along the way. There are some funny ones (15 GS for High Fiving a Clap Trap) and some a bit more serious (15 GS for “Tribute To A Vault Hunter” in honor of Michael Mamaril ). Based on the “Capped Out … For Now” achievement worth a cool 50 GS and awarded for reaching level 50, we can assume that the buck stops there. That is of course until downloadable content is made available raising that cap, much like we saw in the first title.
In all, the list seems pretty decent and gives fans, especially ones that have been habitually following the news on this game, a bit more incite as to what we’re going to see.
