Left 4 Dead 2 Cold Stream No Where To Be Found

[MOAR UPDATE] The Left 4 Dead blog site now claims the DLC will be hitting the Xbox consoles next week as a small issue with the certification process kept it from releasing yesterday.   Apparently Valve and MS have since worked things out through series of fist bumps and brotacular high fives. The price is still set at 560MS points

[UPDATE] According to the Left 4 Dead blog twitter account they are working with MS to get the DLC out, it will cost 560Ms points. There is no ETA yet on when it will be released.  I fear that if they are just now talking to MS about it and they want to charge for it that might mean there will be additional achievements to be had, if that is case its going to be a while before it makes it through MS certification. Either way its not coming out today apparently.

So today is July 24th, the day Valve said the much anticipated Cold Stream DLC would finally be hitting consoles according to their blog post, however the DLC is currently no where to be found.  Its still early and chances are good this might change later in the day but as of now fans are fairly upset. Its also worth pointing out that while the DLC is no where to be found ironically the game has just appeared on Games on Demand for 29.99.  That’s actually a pretty damn good price considering Gamestop has it listed for 44.99 which is actually 5 dollars more than the previous price off 39.99, there seems to be no reason for the price increase other than well………….they are just stupid I suppose.  Fingers crossed that this missing DLC shows up later today and that Valve isn’t going to pull another one of their infamous delays again.
