Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment and TT Games are breaking out the balloons and cake to celebrate the launch of their latest title LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes. Available in stores today in the US (June 22 for those across the pond), this is no doubt a must have sequel to the original title which commanded the top spot selling more than 11 million copies. Fans young and old have something to look forward to in LEGO Batman 2 with an action-packed story line and humorous dialog that will keep you laughing for hours.

Team up with Batman and Robin as they join forces with other DC Comic Super Heroes like Wonder Woman, The Flash, Superman, and of course The Green Lantern in this all new adventure. But be on the lookout as The Joker and Lex Luther are set on taking over Gotham City by any means necessary.

“Fans of all ages are in for a real comical treat with LEGO  Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, as the game brings iconic DC Comics characters to life in a brand new story set in a massive open-world Gotham City,” said Tom Stone, Managing Director, TT Games.  “The game delivers a fun-filled LEGO adventure never seen before with talking LEGO minifigures and unique elements such as flying through Gotham City as Superman.”

Regardless of your skill level and as the owner of two LEGO games (Star Wars and Pirates of the Caribbean), I can assure you that this game will keep you and your gamers-in-training busy for hours of quality family entertainment. LEGO Batman 2 DC Super Heroes is in stores now and the demo is available on the Xbox 360 Marketplace, which you can put into your queue here.
