New MW3 Bundle Includes Two Controllers, Game, and More

Yesterday had plenty of news for the release of Modern Warfare 3 during the Call of Duty XP event in Los Angeles, California, like the Hardened details and the ability to invite your friends from Facebook on COD Elite, but the most exciting news is the announcement of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Limited Edition Xbox 360 Slim.

This beast of a console will feature the MW3 brand as well as the rugged, yet streamlined custom gray color finish. Boasting a huge 320 gigabyte hard drive, the MW3 Limited Edition will come with the most space available for the Xbox 360.

Here is a list of some of the key features that comes with the Modern Warfare 3 bundle:

320 Gigabyte HD
Custom MW3 designed console
Two Custom MW3 designed controllers (which are also sold separately)
Sounds from the MW3 game are loaded on the console (when you power up, for example, you hear the sound of night vision goggles powering up)
Wireless headset that players can use on Xbox Live as well as the ability to use as a Bluetooth device (also sold separately)
Copy of the Modern Warfare 3 game (regular version)

Unfortunately, all of this comes at a price, as does everything in life. The Modern Warfare 3 Limited Edition Xbox 360 Slim is currently available for pre-order at $399.99. If you don’t need or want to buy the console, but like the controllers or ear piece, no need to worry. Those items will be sold separately, however, there is no price listing available at the moment. It’s a safe bet that the controllers will be offered for $60, but until an official retail list becomes available, that price is still speculative.
